Wars of the Roses Campaign Rules - Field Report
At the Society of Ancients' Games Day at the Royal Armouries in Leeds back in 2001, the Liverpool Wargames Association tried to do something different. Needless to say it didn't work out that way. Martin Stephenson who co-wrote the rules describes what happened.

The rules created by Mike Parsons and Martin Stephenson are designed to generate a series of DBA games for two players and link them into a campaign that can be played in two or three hours. Depending on the skills and intent of the players a campaign lasts between two to six games.

They were written in Microsoft Word, but can also be viewed using the Wordpad application that comes as standard with Windows 95/98. To download the rules (92KB) click on Download Rules.
